This exhibition "Chapter 21" is part of a whole and of a chapter of my new book "Two glances at nature" which will be published at the end of 2022. Chapter 21 of The Little Prince written by Antoine de Saint-Exupéry begins with "It was then that the fox appeared", the story of an encounter. I will present this work during the 2023 festival. Beyond my photographic approach and the realization of images and reports of nature, it is above all the respect and the beauty of the wild that I wish to put forward, without forgetting the sad reality of the ground. The fox honored in this exhibition is thus a messenger. Adored and adorable by some, hated by others, badly led by its reputation, often by lack of knowledge, gaps and other legends. Overwhelmed by many evils and by many words, foxes like all the wild fauna are part of our ecosystem, I will not use the term "useful" a very useless term, just an obvious one. Through my pictures, it is above all the stories of my encounters with this animal and the wild life in general that I want to share with you. Sometimes fearful, curious, complicit or indifferent to my presence, would he have accepted me for a moment because of my non-hostility? This is what I would like to dream about. Nature photography is above all respect and humility, fervent militant against photography at any price, my commitments and my various personal contributions are part of this approach.
